Add members and assign a role

Overview

The Members page is where you build your group: you add people and assign them a role.

Adding a person

In the add form, enter the person's work email and choose their role (learner, trainer or admin). Access is immediate, with no invitation to accept.

What happens next

  • If the person already has a Face Up account, they're added to your workspace right away. A window confirms it the next time they sign in.
  • If they don't have an account yet, they appear as pending first login. They get access as soon as they create their account with that email (or sign in through your SSO).

Choosing the right role

Assign the most fitting role: a learner to train, a trainer to create content and follow sessions, an admin to manage the group. The role stays editable at any time, see Change a member's role.
