Session length and how to end it
A Face Up simulation is short and focused: a few well-used minutes are worth more than a long exchange. Here's how the length works and how to end cleanly.
How long a simulation lasts
The length is set by the scenario and shown on screen by the timer. It's counted in minutes: the format is designed to keep you focused on what matters.

Ending the simulation
You can end the exchange as soon as you feel you've reached your objective. If you do nothing, the simulation ends automatically when the time is up. In both cases, you are then taken to your self-assessment and your debrief.
If you need to step away
Need to leave the page mid-exchange? Face Up warns you before you go and pauses the simulation briefly, until you come back. If you return quickly, you pick up where you left off.
And if you had left a simulation just before its last step, a reminder offers to take you back to finish it.
