Understand your subscription

Your organization's access to Face Up is based on a subscription, at the group level. This article explains what it covers and where to track its status.

The Subscription card in the workspace settings

One subscription for your group

The subscription applies to your whole group: it unlocks the features your organization has. It's set up with your Face Up contact, based on your usage.

Where to see its status

In the group settings, a Subscription card shows the status of your subscription. You'll also find there the way to contact us for any change.

The commercial details of your subscription (scope, deadlines) are defined with your Face Up contact.
