First login: signing in to Face Up
Welcome. How you access Face Up depends on your organization, but the idea is simple: your work email opens your access, and there's no invitation to accept.
First login
Your administrator gave you access by adding your work email to your workspace. Go to the Face Up app (app.face-up.fr) and:
- You don't have an account yet: click "Sign up", create your account with that same email, set a password, then enter the 6-digit code sent to you by email. Your workspace is already waiting for you.
- You already have an account: just sign in. A window confirms that you've been added to your workspace.
Sign in with your organization (SSO)
If your organization has enabled it, you can sign in with one click using your Google, LinkedIn or Okta account. Use the button that matches your organization.
Forgot your password
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?". You'll receive a 6-digit code by email to set a new password (at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit and one special character).
Two-step verification
If your organization has enabled it, you'll be asked for a one-time code when you sign in. Open your authenticator app to read it; it refreshes every 30 seconds.
Coming from your training tool
If your school or company has integrated Face Up into its training tool (for example Moodle), open Face Up directly from that tool, where your trainer has set it up.
